Open a 750x750 blank tag

91 c/p duplicate this 3 times, then merge it into one layer, (this will be our paper on this tag)

F1 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

24 c/p size this down by 55%, pull to the bottom of the frame

54 c/p size this down by 47% pull to the right edge of the tag

Take the tube we are using c/p mirror her, then size her down by 50% pull to the right edge of frame, add a sharpen to the tube and a drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 70

Blur 5

Color black

69 c/p mirror size this down by 47% pull to sit on the right edge of the sheet on the tube

37 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the left edge of the tube  

36 c/p size this down by 46% pull to the middle right of the frame

8 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on the right edge of the tube

27 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right edge of the mushroom tree

10 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of mushrooms

26 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on the top left edge of your frame

35 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit just under the other flower

32 c/p size this down by 15% mirror pull to sit on the right edge of the tree branch

44 c/p size this down by 20% pull to the middle of your tag

45 c/p mirror size him down by 20% pull to stand on top of the mushroom tree so he is looking at our Fallen Angel

47 c/p size this down by 20% pull to stand on top of purple mushrooms

22 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit on right of purple/blue rose in front of mushrooms

Add a new layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker, make sure you have a valid license to use this persons’ artwork , add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
