This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

Frame 8 c/p size this down by 57%

90 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the bottom right inside the frame

34 c/p size this down by 41% pull to the lower right of the frame

46 c/p size this down by 41% pull to the upper right edge of the frame

Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 60% pull to the middle of the tag

44 c/p size this down by 2% pull to swim on top of frame

30 c/p mirror size this down by 23% pull to sit by her knees

38 c/p size this down by 23% pull to sit on far right of the tag

58 c/p size this down by 23% pull to swim above her left shoulder

130 c/p size this down by 23% pull to sit in front of the tube

148 c/p size this down by 15% pull to swim under the orange fish on right side of the frame

48 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the middle of the frame on the right

138 c/p mirror size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of her hand

185 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit on left of flowers

180 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of flowers

131 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit on right of shells

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Open Starfish 8 flood fill the bottom layer, apply the mask from above, merge it into one layer… Click on top layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the credits and add a name to the tag and you’re done…
