Open a 750x750

Frame 1 c/p size this down by 60%

140 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the bottom of your tag

Take the tube we are using size her down by 35% pull to the middle bottom of the frame

28 c/p size this down by 41% pull to the lower left side of your frame

46 c/p size this down by 21% pull to the right edge of the frame

2 c/p size this down by 21% pull to the bottom of the steps

45 c/p size this down by 23% pull to the middle of your tag

35 c/p size this down by 23% pull to the right of stool

6 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit on the steps

96 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit on the steps

188 c/p size this down by 16% pull to the far left side of the tag

138 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit on handle on the steps

178 c/p size this down by 10% sit on right side of the puppies

134 c/p size this down by 25% pull one to the right edge of the tag, and take a 2^nd copy pull to the left edge of your tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag (this is where some size the image down)

Flood fill with paper 20 apply mask from above, merge this into one layer

Click on top most of the tag add a new raster layer for your copyrights and license information, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
