This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

34 c/p size this down by 60%

16 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the upper right side of the frame (the tube will cover up the bottom of this)

Take the tube we are using c/p mirror her and size her down by 18% pull to the bottom of the frame, clean off the bottom of the tube so it looks like she is standing inside of the frame

31 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the lower right of the tube, c/p a 2^nd layer mirror pull to the left of the tube

15 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the left edge of the tag, in front of the leaves

6 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the bottom of the tag

18 c/p size this down by 26% pull to sit on right edge of glasses

24 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of the cake

14 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on top of the cake

29 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the right edge of the tag

25 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the left edge of your tag

23 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the right of E29

10 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit by cakes

5 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit on the right edge of your tag

8 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit on left edge of the cupcake

17 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit in front of beads

33 c/p rotate 45° to the right then size this down by 20% pull so it lay’s over her hand then erase the part on top of the hand it will look like she is holding it in her hand

36 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit by donut

Click on bottom layer of your tag open paper10 using your circle tool draw one behind the frame, and then make this a raster layer , click on layer below that flood fill with paper3 apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer…

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
