Open a 750x750 size tag
Frame 7 c/p size this down by 56%
61 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the left edge of the frame
Take tube 1 of the png’s of the tube c/p size this down by 16% pull to the middle bottom of the frame
14 c/p size this down by 45% pull the 1st one to the left side of the tube and take a 2nd copy of the element and pull to the right side of the tube
11 c/p size this down by 31% pull to the far right of the grass
39 c/p size this down by 31% pull to the left edge of the grass
48 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of the blue and red rose
76 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right side of the rabbit
77 c/p size this down by 15% rotate 45° hang it over the tea cup
127 c/p size this down by 20% pull so it float’s over the part of the teapot where liquid comes out, add this drop shadow

44 c/p size this down by 27% pull so he is sitting on the mushrooms on right side of the tag
85 c/p size this down by 20% sit on right side of the teacup
35 c/p size this down by 20% pull to lean on the mad hatter
75 c/p size this down by 17% pull to sit on far right of your tag
67 c/p size this down by 17% pull to lay on the left side of the teacup
78 c/p size this down by 17% pull to the left of the watch
38 c/p mirror size this down by 17% pull the cat to sit on the top of the red teacup
64 c/p size this down by 17% pull to the right side of the red “drink me” bottle

Click on bottom layer of your tag 

Open p2 size this down to fit your canvas apply mask from above, merge into one group layer. Then add a sharpen to the mask

Click on top most layer of your tag, add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit make, then add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
