Open a 750x750

Frame 3 c/p size this down by52% then leave as it falls on the tag
29 c/p pull this behind the frame

Click on top layer of your tag

26 c/p size this down by 50% pull to the bottom left of the frame

40 c/p size this down by 75% pull this to the far right of the frame
18 c/p pull this to the top right of the tag then pull under the street lamp

7 c/p mirror size this down by 45% pull to stand in front of the street lamp
Take the colorized tube paste her as a new layer then size her down by 25% pull to sit in front of the frame

105 c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit in front of her hands

16 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the right edge of the tube

12 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on left of the white and black pumpkin

19 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit on right of the black and white pumpkin

75 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the upper left of the tag

109 c/p size this pumpkin down by 22% pull to sit on left of the black pumpkin

104 c/p mirror size this down by 12% pull to sit on the left of the pumpkins 

64 c/p size this down by 20% pull so it sits on the tubes left knee

82 c/p size this down by 24% pull to the far right of the pumpkins

111 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on left edge of the tag

110 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of the jester

65 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of the pumpkins

113 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on left sided of the jester 

14 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the top middle of your tag 

Make a new raster layer so we can add the copyright and credit to the kit maker, add a saying then you're done…
