This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

I am using 114

Take the template shift+D to duplicate the temp, remove the white on the background layer, then using your Canvas size up size this to 700x700

Circle 2 and Rectangle 2  flood fill with paper 9

Circle 1 flood fill with paper 12

Rectangle 1 flood fill with paper 6

Center frame fill, right frames fill, an left frame fill flood fill all of these with paper 1 but size the paper down to 250x250

Left, right and center frame flood fill with the tan color  below

Click on right frame open 46 c/p size this down by 49% pull to the upper top of this frame

13 c/p size this down by 36% pull to the left frame 

Take the top most layer open your tube I am using the pink layer, paste her and size her down by 49% pull to stand in the middle of the template 

10 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the far left edge of the tag

58 c/p mirror size this down by 25% pull to the far right edge of the tag

72 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on the right edge of the tube, but not over the picture frame 

5 c/p size this down by 19% pull to the left edge of the tube, but not over the bear

28 c/p size this down by 23% pull to sit on the left side of the bear 

7 c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit in front of the picture frame

14 c/p size this down by 16% pull to lay on the left edge of the scroll

Click on the bottom layer of the tag 

Open E35 c/p size this down by 40% pull so it show’s in the upper right hand edge of the tag

Click back on top layer, then add a new one, for the copyrights, and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
