This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag
178 c/p size this down by 55% leave this as it falls on the tag

9 c/p mirror size this down by 35% pull to the right edge of the sign 

197 c/p size this down by 25% pull this to look like it is on the outer edge of the potion shelf
Take the purple layer of the tube c/p size her down by 35%, then pull to the left edge of the sign

28 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on the left edge of the tube

27 c/p size this down by 16% pull to fly on the top left corner of your tag 

41 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit on right edge of the tag 

70 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit by the bat on the ground

132 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit by the ghost

129 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on top of the potion maker cabinet 

3 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit in front of the tube

4 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit in front of the orange pumpkin potion bottle

21 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit by the lotion

37 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit on the right of the pumpkin Vitality potion

157 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit by the blackberry potion

152 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit on the left edge of the potion with the bat

153 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit by the witch’s brew gloss

154 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit on the far right of the House Tonic

125 c/p size this down by 9% pull to sit on the right of the lipstick 

Click on bottom layer of your tag (Size this down to 700x700) 

Open paper 7, size this down to fit the canvas 700x700 apply the mask from above, then merge it into one group layer, then upsize by 110% so it will show on the tag 

Click on top most layer of the tag, add a new layer for the copyrights and credit to the kit maker if they require it, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
