Lets have some Good Times

Open a 600x250 Forum style tag

PP9 flood fill both tag and avatar

Pearl Rain c/p as a new layer and add a sharpen to make it stand out more…

Add this setting on your Drop shadow in effects

Vertical 3

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

Ribbon heart frame c/p re-size by 50% and sharpen the heart frame

Add this setting on your Drop shadow in effects

Opacity 100

Color black

Cake and balloons, c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left hand side of frame…

 Party hat c/p re-size by 35% pull it to the right hand side of frame

Cupcake c/p re-size by 35% and pull it to the right of the party hat…

Noise maker c/p re-size by 50% and copy that layer and mirror it pull it to the far right and far left of tag, add a

Drop Shadow of

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

Now behind the heart frame and above the pearl rain you will need to paste the tube, re-size it by 50% and pull it behind the frame, clean off the outer edeges of the tube and make sure it’s under the frame.. You can cut the butterfly and paste it above the frame so she is still looking at the butterfly..

I’m also taking the same tube and pasting it above the bottom layer and using my opacity I’m make it only visible by 50%...

 I am taking the butterfly and copying it and pasting it 2 times and colorizing one to match the background and one to match the red on the cupcake. the one on the cupcake i am mirroring that butterfly...

Add your copyright, and make sure you have a license to use this tube and artwork..

Now go to the upper most layer and use your buttonize with these setting below

 Add your copyright for the artist and make sure you have a License to use this tube...
