Open a 600x600

Paper 4 flood fill bottom layer of tag…

Apply the above mentioned mask merge your group to a layer..

Open your tube and pick a close up what will fit in side of the square, you might have to re-size it to fit... I did my re-size by 75% so the hair match’s the right hand side of the mask…

Open splash c/p re-size by 75% and copy that layer and colorize it to a pink color to match the tube…flip the second copy and pull it where it doesn’t cover up the other splash…

Open Candy heart border c/p re-size by 60% and pull it to the right hand side of the tube to cover up her hair… sharpen the candy

Open Fairy Moon c/p re-size it  by 50% add a default drop shadow and pull it the upper left hand side then re-size it again by 75% and sharpen it.. it should be over her left arm…

Open Flower candle c/p re-size by 75% pull to the left hand side of tube on the bottom…

Open Magic Mushroom1 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right hand side of flower candle…

Open swan c/p mirror re-size by 35% and pull to the right hand side of tag/mask…

Open bow1 c/p re-size by 15% (it will be small) pull it down over the swan to make it look like the swan is wearing the bow, now merge the bow onto the swan…

Add your copyright and info to the tag, then your done..
