Open a 600x300 size tag

Pick a color from your tube I merge some of the layers so the grey hair and I colorized the jeans and shirt to match my kit

The setting will be different for each person because you may want a brighter blue than I made or a darker one..

So colorize and merge as you wish..

I choose the blue form element 21 to make for my flood fill on the bottom layer

After Flood filling the layer

Add Noise of a Uniform box checked

Noise of 40%

Monochrome box checked

Take the full size tube and paste it over this layer pull it to the very right hand side of your tag then mirror it, pull her down where only her face is showing on the tag…

Element 21 c/p over the headshot rotate 45° to the right pulling it down to the corner

Element 26 c/p re-size by 50% and pull it to the lower left hand side of flower close to the edge of the tag

Element5 c/p re-size by 35% and mirror this pull to the bottom of the watch add a sharpen to the bear

Element 6 c/p re-size by 30 pull to the bears feet, add a sharpen to this element also

Now go to the bottom layer of your tag

c/p element 16 leave as is behind the tube…

Now go to the very top layer and add a buttonize feather to your tag to close up all layers

I’m going to use a color from the kit a light blue on my buttonize..

Add your copyright to the tag and your done..
