I’m using a PTU Scrap kit by Devilish Dezines

Open a 600x600 

Flood fill with the image below

After flood filling take the tube by it self with out the stand

Merge that down on the layer and apply 

Monti blinds mask

You can find them

I'm using the blind's mask 1 top middle of page

Merge your group into one layer

apply this frame

Add a drop shadow to the frame...

Element 39 rotate 90° to the left, and pull it down to the bottom of the frame, then re-size by 75%, add a sharpen to the element…

Element 16 c/p re-size by 35% pull it to the right hand side copy layer and mirror pull it to the same side, but down just a little of the top of the first flower…

Element 14 x/p re-size by 45% pull it to cover the bottom of the other flowers

Element 23 c/p re-size by 45% mirror it and pull to the left hand side of tag

Element 10 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the right hand side of the mushrooms…

Now take your tube  Got to the upper top most layer and paste it over the elements;

Re-size by 75% and make her wings show the face in the middle of the top tube…

Take Element 21 add a “sharpen More” to it and paste it behind your mask layer as a new layer..

Now we are going to take Element 19 and paste as a new layer pull it up to the left hand side of your tag In the background

Take the same element and add the color in the box below, 

I am not good at HTML color codes so i'll just show you the numbers on the colorize option in Paint Shop Pro 9...

Add your copyright layer and your done..

Make sure you use the correct license with the tube and store…
