Open a 600x600 tag

Frame6 c/p re-size by 65%

Now take your tube and paste over the frame you will re-size it by 60% pull it to the middle of the frame, add a Sharpen to the tube

Element39 c/p rotate 45° to the right re-size by  65% add the following color to the could element…

Element 48 c/p re-size by 60% add a sharpen to the element then copy it and paste again mirror the 2^nd one, and pull to the edge of the frame, it should cover the lower right hand side of the tube…

Element92 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the left hand side of the tag, add a drop shadow

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Black as the color

Element 73 c/p re-size by 70% pull it down to the bottom of element48

Element 40 c/p re-size by 30% and pull to the lower right hand side of tag, sharpen

Element 18 c/p pull to the upper right hand side of the tag over her wings…

Element31 c/p re-size by 40% pull it to the left hand side of your tag…

Element 38 c/p re-size by 30% rotate it by 45° to the left pull in the middle of the pillar, add a sharpen to the element after rotating it

Click on the bottom most layer and flood fill with paper9 Apply the mask from above and merge the group then re-size it by 110% (upsize the layer) add a gradient glow of pink.. You can also use a drop shadow of pink if you do not have gradient glow…
