Open a 600x600 size tag

Frame 1 paste as a new layer

Lake paste behind the frame and re-size by 70% pull to the bottom of the frame add a sharpen to the element

Flowers c/p above the frame re-size by 805 pull to the top of frame

HangingFlowers paste and clean off some of the steams, add a sharpen to the flowers pull it as far to the top as you can where the outside flowers match the top of the frame

You will need to move the flowers around by using your selection tool to make them merge with the bottom flower, so it looks like it is attached to the other flower, use what ever method you want, just do not re-size the flowers

I added a drop shadow with a 50% opacity on them…

Mushrooms c/p pull to the far right hand side of the frame…

Now take the tube use what ever color you wish there are a few colors and you can colorize it to what ever you wish, then merge the layers I’m using the fly wings and the mask, I colored the mask to match the kit purple,

After merging “visible” layers copy paste as a new image, re-size the height by 550 will make it the perfect size to fit on the tag…

Pull the tube to the bottom of the frame, and sharpen the tube…

Take Tree c/p re-szie by 60% pull it to the left hand side of tag, add a default drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 60 %( just for this step)

Blur 5

Color black

Take Sparkle border c/p mirror re-size by 85% add a “sharpen morex2 to the element and add a drop shadow, default or what ever one you wish to use…

Take Vine and c/p re-size by 80% pull over the mushrooms so it looks like they are together…

Leaves c/p re-size by 50% pull to the right hand side of tag, copy that layer paste again and pull one to the left hand side of tag…

Chest c/p re-size by 50% pull it to the lower right hand side of tag, sharpen…

Fay Bed c/p re-size by 55% pull to the lower edge of the left hand side of your tag, add a sharpen to the element…

Click on the upper top most layer

Take sparkles and paste on a new layer, flip it to bring it up to her neck so it covers the lady , you can do this more than once just to make it sparkle…

Go to the bottom layer and flood fill with a color of your choice, and a mask of your choice…

Add your copyright and a saying you want on the tag…
