Frame 1 c/p rotate 90° to the right re-size by 65% leave in the middle of the tag

ChromeDoodle c/p re-size by 75% pull to the upper top part of the frame, add a drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color Black

Flower1 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower right hand side of frame…

FlowerCorner c/p re-size by 70% pull to the lower right hand side of the frame

GiftBox mirror c/p re-size by 40% pull to the lower left hand side of frame, sharpen if you like…

I merged the tube to where her dress and cloak where silver to match the kit, the dragon is a pale peach to my eyes

I merged it pasted as top layer and then re-size the whole tube by 45% and it fit perfect for the tag…

Gillter c/p re-size by 80% rotate 45° to the right of the tag, pull to the middle of the tube over lapping in the middle of the dress, copy that layer paste it again but mirror the element…

Go to the bottom layer, and pick a paper I used PP7 using your selection tool make a rectangle behind the frame where it can be used as the background…

I am adding a drop shadow to the frame to make it stand up more above the paper…

Add your proper credit to the tag, Make sure to give credit to Wicked Princess as her new TOU say
