Open a 600x300 size banner

I’m using a basic font for the words in this tag

100 point font with the words Wings only in outline format

Add a gradient glow of white and a drop shadow to the words.

Take paper 11 and using your same font make it the background behind the border you just made…

Now click on your border of the words using Soft Focus with these settings

Now take your magic wand select the layer and delete all but the halo around the words…

Now Open Drape2 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the far left hand side of your tag and copy that paste it again on the right hand where the handles meet in the middle

Take the close up of your tube, c/p behind the words, and then pull it to the middle of the drapes…

Got to top layer

Open Coffin and re-size by 40% pull to the lower right hand corner of tag, toward the bottom, then rotate 45° to the left pull it to edge of tag…

Open the word art, open  The Plug-in called  Eye Candy 4000(any version should do) click on gradient glow put the first color as white, the second color as a color off the tube mine is a darker purple then re-size the word art by 75% and paste as pull it between the border of Wing’s and the background of wings, then add a drop  shadow to the word art..

Go to the very top layer of your tag, open Web2 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the upper right hand side of your tag it will now look like it’s in her hair and the top corner of your tag…

Spider Brooch c/p re-size by 20% then you will re-size it again by 75% pull it up to the middle of the web, add a sharpen to the element, then do Negative Image of the spider

Skull with rose c/p re-size by 35% pull to the bottom of the coffin but on the top layer

Using your effect’s in PSP 9 add a buttonize of 5 with a dark color but make it transparent to the buttonize.

Add your copyright to the tag, and what ever words you wish to add
