Open a 600x600 tag size tag

Frame 2 c/p re-size by 75% leave in the middle of your tag

Take Elem 17 paste it behind your frame, then pull to the very top and clean off any excess out side of the frame, add a sharpen to the Elem, then add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 5

Opacity 55

Blur 5

Color Black

Element 28 c/p pull to the right hand side of the frame

Element 3 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the top right hand side by the swirl…

Element 1 cp pull to the right just at the side of Element 3

Element 33 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the bottom of swirl

Element 6 c/p re-size by 40% pull him to the left hand side of Element 33

Element 27 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the far right beside Element 33

Element 21 c/p re-size by 50% pull it to the upper left hand side of your frame

Take Element 8 c/p re-size by 60% pull the top of the string to the middle of the bell, makes it look like it is hanging in the middle add a sharpen to the element…

Take a close up of your tube and go to the very bottom layer and paste it re-size by 70% (or different if your close up is bigger)

Flood Fill layer one of your tag with paper1 apply the mask, then merge the group, add a sharpen more and a drop shadow to the layer then re-size by 90%

Add another layer and flood fill that one with paper11 merge the mask group and rotate by 45° to the right, add a drop shadow of your choosing to the layer

Go back to the upper top most layer of your tag, take the full size image of the tuber and paste it mirror it and pull it to the left hand side, you will want to move your close up to the right hand side of the frame so you can see both tubes…

Element 9 c/p re-size by 35% pull it to the right of the snowman

Take Element 7 c/p pull to the bottom of her feet, and re-size by 45%

Add your copyright to the tag, make sure it is visible and add what ever saying you want on the tag…
