This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version
should work, this is written in hopes you have working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 700x700
Frame 1 c/p size this down by 55% rotate 45° to the right
Take the 2nd layer of the tube c/p size her down by 65% pull to fly above the left edge of the frame
Leaf 2 c/p size this down by 57% add drop shadow from above, pull to the bottom right of your frame
Flower9 c/p size this down by 32% pull to sit on top right of the leaf
Moon and cloud c/p size this down by 55% pull to the bottom of the frame
Pillow c/p size this down by 32% pull to sit on the right edge of the cloud and moon
Cute girl with kitten c/p size her down by 25% pull to sit on pillow
Clock necklace, c/p size this down by 26% pull to hang off the dragons paw, then add drop shadow from above
Cute bear c/p size this down by 25% mirror pull to stand beside the pillow
Star garland c/p rotate 90° to the left, size down by 35% pull to the top of your tat over the tail on the end of the dragon
Flower 1 c/p size this down by 22% pull to the right edge of girl with cat
Click on bottom layer of your tag, flood fill with paper 3 apply mask from above, merge into one layer, add sharpen to the merged layer, then add the drop shadow from above…
Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer, for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…

Open a 700x700 size
tag.
Frame5 (make sure you
do not mix the kit into on folder there are same numbers.)
Re-size by 75% leave
in the middle of the frame…
Add this Corona
Settings to the frame
Add this drop shadow
Vertical 5
Horizontal 3
Opacity 100
Blur 10
Color White
E1 c/p pull to the
upper top part of your frame…
63 c/p mirror pull to
the far right hand edge of your tag…
Take your tube merge
the layers you wish to use, there are a lot to choose from, merge and make a
smaller size one with 600pixels as her height…
Take the re-sized
version of your tube and paste it in the middle of your tag…
86 c/p pull to the
bottom edge of your tube…
49 c/p rotate °45 to
the left re-size by 55% pull it even with her left hand and erase some of the
stem to make it look like she is holding the flower(do this how ever you feel
comfy)
2 c/p re-size by 35%
pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag…
4 c/p mirror re-size
by 50% pull to cover the bottom right edge of your tube…
36 c/p re-size by 40%
pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…
20 c/p re-size by 25%
pull to the left hand edge of skull-candle…
95 c/p re-size by 30%
pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…
81 c/p re-size by 20%
pull to the left hand edge of cup…
92 c/p re-size by 15%
pull to the right hand edge of red flower…
14 c/p re-size by 25%
pull to the front of the cat’s paws…
88 c/p re-size by 45%
pull to the upper left hand edge, then copy mirror and pull the other one to
the right hand edge of screen….
Go to the bottom of
your tag flood fill with paper4 apply mask from above then use these settings
*From Eye Candy 4000*
Now go up to the top
most layer add a new one to add your copyright and credits for tube and kit
maker if she requires one, on tags…

Open a 700x700 size
tag
E56 c/p re-size by
65%
E64 c/p re-size by

Now the next part I’m
doing involves both elements I am going to make them look like the wood frame
is going around the square one, like it’s grown out of each other, you can do
this how every you do for your tags, I use an eraser and copy more than one
layer of the frames to make them all appear in the end as one frame… Add this
drop shadow on the frames
Vertical 5
Horizontal 3
Opacity 60
Blur 5
Color black
Take paper 10 using
your rectangle tool, draw a square behind the frames and add a sharpen more to
the layer…
E69 c/p re-size by
60% pull to the middle right so it looks like he is standing in the center of
the frame…
E92 c/p re-size by
60% pull to the top most layer of the frame clean off any extra on the outside
of the frame…
E29 c/p re-size by
40% pull to the top covering the bottom edge of white frame…
E57 c/p re-size by
25% pull to the middle of the red bow, covering most of it, merge down onto
make it and the bow into one layer….
E43 c/p re-size by 50%
pull to the far left hand edge of frame…
Take the 3 tubes in
put them in which ever layer you want on them, then paste them all on one layer
in the tag, I had to re-size by 25% to get them all to fit, for all 3 of the
kitten’s, then after merging I re-sized again by 80% pulled them to the middle
of the tag, you will need to add a sharpen to the tubes…
E4 c/p re-size by 20%
pull to the left hand edge of your tag…
E58 c/p re-size by
10% pull to the right hand edge of present…
E31 c/p mirror re-size
by 25% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…
E30 c/p re-size by
20% pull to the left of other drink…
E 8 c/p re-size by
15% mirror pull to the far left hand edge of present…
E 86 c/p re-size by
20% pull to the right hand edge of tag, in front of drinks…
E 98 take and paste
them in to a pile of candy re-size by 25% then merge them all into one layer I
made one lay on it’s side and I rotated one 45° to the left to stand up, on top
of the circle candies…
E 62 c/p re-size by
55% pull it to the far left hand edge of tag, copy the re-sized version and
paste on the right hand edge of your tag…
Go to the very bottom
layer of your tag flood fill with paper 7 apply mask from above and merge add a
sharpen more to the paper and the drop shadow from above…
