Open a 600x600 size tag

Frame c/p re-size by 75% leave in middle of the frame…

Branches c/p re-size by 75% pull to the lower right hand corner of the frame…

Take the tube your using, c/p re-size by 85% pull to the edge of the bottom of branches,

Pinecones c/p re-size by 50% pull to the edge of the tubes dress…

Berries  c/p re-size by 75% rotate 90° to the left side of tag, then pull it to the edge of the dress, at the bottom

Gingies c/p re-size by 35% pull to the left hand edge of pinecones

Tree c/p re-size by 50% pull to the far left hand side of tag…

Bauble c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left hand edge of tree

Go to the bottom layer of your tag

Open paper6 flood fill and apply DD_wintermask7

You can download her mask’s on her blog listed above

Go back to the upper top most layer

Snow(flakes) and paste it as a new layer

Add your copyright to the tag, and what ever saying you wish to use,

Then your done.. Always save tag in steps incase your PSP Crashes..
