Snow-Frame 1 c/p re-size by 80%

Using Eye Candy 4000(any version should work)

Bevel Width (pixels) 79.25

Smoothness 46

*Bevel Placement *

Inside Marquee

Edge Darkening 17

Gradient Shading 6

Refraction 85

Opacity 71     

Tinting 99

Glass Color White (will make the frame stand out more)

Add a drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color White…

Snow Frost c/p Sharpen more, and pull to the bottom of the frame, copy and mirror paste pull it over to the right hand side of frame…

Snow-Lolly c/p re-size by 50% pull to the right hand side of frame, line up on the very edge of the frame…

Snow-Flower c/p re-size by 40 add a sharpen more to object, and pull to the lower right hand corner, copy this paste again and mirror the image,

Snow-Hat c/p re-size by 35% pull to the middle of the two flowers…

Snow-Baubles c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left hand top side of frame...

Take the word art above and copy it and paste over the frame add a drop shadow but instead of white as the color make it black and leave the other settings as is…

Snow-Punquin2 c/p re-size by 30% pull to lower left hand side of frame…

Snow-Train c/p re-size by 45% and mirror the object and pull even with the Punquin2’s feet…

Now click on your very bottom layer and flood fill with Paper7 apply the mask DD Winter Mask 10 to the layer then merge group and add your default drop shadow with an opacity of 50

Sharpen the group if you want

Now go to the upper top layer and after merging the colors of the tube you want to sue I am using the yellow layer for the dress no hat, and no bell

After I merge them I copy and paste as a new image, then I use pixels and re-size down to 515 on height which will make the width 312

You may have to re-size it a bit to fit correctly on the tag, but I left it as is..

Add your copyright and Lic# and add a saying to the tag

And your done…
