This tutorial was written in Corel X5 Ultimate Collection

It is written in hopes you have some working knowledge of PSP

Most effects can be found in any version of PSP

I’m using a PTU Scrap kit by Evo angel Scrapz

But you can now get all of his tubes

I’m using a FTU Template by Millie’s PSP Madness

Temp 445 She saves her templates in psd format, 

so make sure your program will read that format…

After downloading the temp,

remove the copyright layer and the bottom white layer

Move the Snow whisper or just hide the layers so you wont move them, till your ready to use them…

Layer 1 flood fill with paper

Layer 2 Flood fill with paper 11

Layer 4 flood fill with paper

Layer 3 flood fill with paper 12

Then add these Xero:Fritllary settings

Granularity 5

Aggression 30

Tesselation 100

Variation 55

Layer 6 flood fill with paper

Layer 5 flood fill with paper 2

Take your middle size tube sorta like a close up, and paste it pull to the right hand side of layer, and re-size it by 90% (tube size may vary)

Layer 7 add a gradient glow to the square, of a color off tube or kit

Add a drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

 Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color black

Make the Word art visible and colorize the Whisper

Color of Hue 220

Saturation 145

Add the drop shadow from above for both word arts…

Click on Layer 6 and paste the big headshot of your tube, and use your selection tool cut out most of the face then mirror the image and pull to the left hand side of the layer…

Top most layers,

Snowflake Trail, c/p re-size by 75% mirror object,

 And pull to the edge of the left hand side of tag…

Cake Pops c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left hand side and on the top of layer 7 box…

X-mas Tree Lolli c/p re-size by 50% pull it to the right hand side of the box in layer 7

Candy Cane post c/p re-size by 55% pull to the left hand side of frame (layer 7)

Click on Layer 5

Snow Falling c/p leave where it pastes them, I did add a sharpen More to the object…

Click on Layer 7

Open Ribbon and paste pull to the bottom of the frame…

Click under Layer whisper word art, and

Open Sparkling Chain c/p re-size by 75% pull to the right hand side of tag…

Click on Layer 7 again (LOL)

Light’s c/p leave the same size,  to the top of the box’s so it looks like they are on top of the rectangle layers of the temp…

Go back to the top layer of your tag

Tree c/p  re-size by 35% and pull in front of candycanes…

Teddybear, c/p re-size by 30% pull to right hand side of tree…

Kitty c/p re-size by 45% pull to the right edge of your tag, You will need to move whisper over to the left some, so it can be seen…

Snowman c/p re-size by 25% pull to the tree on the left hand side…

Sparkles 1 c/p make the opacity 55 so it show’s but does not cover up the tubes…

Reindeer c/p re-size by 25% and pull down by teddybear…

Add your copyright to the tag, and what ever saying you want on the tag..
