I’m using a mask found on this blot

Open a 600x600

Take border frame c/p as a new layer

Do this again, but rotate they border 15° to the right,

Copy that layer and re-size it by 95% then paste rotate by 15° to the right, Merge the 3 layers and add a sharpen to the layers

Bow2 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the upper left hand side of the merged frames

Gem c/p re-size by 20% then pull it to the middle of your bow, and re-size it again by 55%...

Take your tube and paste as a new layer

 re-size by 50% pull to the middle of your tag

Wrap ribbon c/p re-size by 70% and paste pull toward the bottom of tube, then take the re-sized gem and paste it in the middle of the bow on the Wrap ribbon…

Tall Flower 2 c/p clean off the bottom of the flower where the head and some of the steam is showing, pull it to the left hand side of frame…

Mushroom 2 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the right hand side of frame…

Candies c/p re-size by 60% pull it to the left hand side of tube it should be covering the bottom of the tube, copy that layer and paste on new layer mirror pull it to the right hand side of your tag…

Mushroom c/p re-size by 35% pull it to the left hand side of your tag

Heart String, c/p re-size by 50% pull to the right hand side of your tag, make it look like it is coming out of one of the candies

Hearttini c/p re-size by 45% pull to the right hand side of your tag

Cake on plates, c/p re-size by 25%, then pull to the left hand side of the heartini

Go to bottom layer and flood fill with Paper 4 and apply the mask

Add your copyright for the artist and a saying you want to use on the tag

Then your done..
