Open a 600x300 size tag

Paper 6 flood fill bottom layer

In your effects click on Fur

Using these settings

Blur 100               Lengths 60

    Density 100            Transparency 0

Flower3 c/p re-size by 55% copy this again and paste it 2 more times so it is all over the background of your tag… Make sure it’s even…

Take a close up of your tube and paste it on a new layer, re-size by 70% pull to the left hand side of tag

Frame 2 c/p re-size by 50% pull it over the face of your tube Using your  **Magic Wand** select inside of frame, then click on tube, layer and go to selections modify by 5 and cut out the face so it’s the only thing showing behind frame

Cherry blossom, c/p flip upside down re-size by 50% pull it to the upper left hand side of frame, over her head, sharpen element…

Flower c/p re-size 50% rotate 45° to the left and pull just below the cherryBlossom…

Jewelry Box c/p re-size by 45% pull to the right hand side of frame…

ScallopFan c/p re-size by 30% pull to the right hand side of box

Shoes c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand side of box…

Sparkle1 c/p sharpen the element

I always add a buttonize to finish off the tag, you do not have to if you do not want to, all it does is close the tag into a softer boarder…

Add your copyright to the tag, and what ever saying you want and your done…
