Rectangle 1& 2 flood fill with paper 8

Thin Rectangle flood fill with paper6

Hearts colorize to a tone of tube I tried to make it a purple

Use the DBS-Flux Filter Bright Noise Options

Intensity 75

Direction

Darker

Take your tube and paste over the layers pull her to the right where her face is showing crop out her face and part of her wing on the right

Circle 2 flood fill with paper1

Click on Circle 2 and open Frame 4 c/p re-size by 90% leave it over the circle

Now take the tube that is only the girl with wings

c/p re-size by 75% pull it to the bottom of the frame

RD-Swirl- C/p mirror re-size by 55% pull to the lower left of the tube…

Now do a High Pass Sharpen with these settings

Radius 100

Strength 100

Blend Mode: Hard Light

Add this drop shadow to the element

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 5

Color Black

RD-Flower3 c/p re-size by 35% mirror the image and pull to the lower left hand side of the tube…

Bubble Scatter c/p mirror and pull to the top edge of your tag…

Flowers- c/p filp Horizontally re-size by 45% pull to the right hand edge of the tube, down close to the bottom

Butterfly5 c/p re-size by 2% pull to the middle of the flowers…

DragonFly- c/p re-size by 30% mirror and pull it up to the very top right hand corner of your tag, add the drop shadow from above and just hit sharpen on the element

Add your copyright to the tag and what ever saying you wish to add
