Slice of Summer 

This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

I am using a FTU Template

By Horse Play Pastures

You can find all of her templates

Shift+D to duplicate the template

Then click on bottom raster layer 

Upsize the canvas to 715x715 (this just gives us a bit of room)

E27 c/p pull so it shows above the back of the rectangle and diamond

Remove the credit layer and the white background

Rectangle flood fill with paper 6

Top diamond flood fill this with paper1

Bottom diamond flood fill with paper 7

Double Vertical lines flood fill with paper 9

Click on the rectangle take the colorized version of the tube we are using(4) c/p size her down by 17% pull to the bottom of the rectangle 

Click on top most layer of your tag

E3 c/p size this down by 40% pull to cover up the bottom of the tube

E2 c/p size this down by 29% pull to the right edge of other watermelon slice

E1 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the left edge of watermelon slice

E8 c/p size this down by 25% rotate 45° to the left pull to the top of the top diamond

E18 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the far left side of the tag

E19 c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit on the right side of the bottle

E15 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of the watermelon

E10 c/p size this down by 50% pull to sit in between the 2 diamonds on the tag

E12 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on bottom of the red summer days

E44 c/p mirror size this down by 35% pull to sit on the top of the red circle w/ summer days on it

E33 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit in front of big watermelon slice

E56 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the left edge of red flower

E16 c/p size this down by 50% pull to hang over the far right of the tag

E17 c/p size this down by 50% pull to hang just under the red balloon

E14 c/p size this down by 15% rotate 45° to the left pull to fly above the tree, then add this drop shadow

Vertical 3

Horizontal 2

Opacity 70

Blur 5

Color black

E77 c/p mirror size this down by 15% pull to fly above the ribbon and add same drop shadow from above

E6 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit by the glass bottle 

Add a new raster layer for the credit to tube artist , make sure you have a valid Lice to use her artwork, add a saying to the tag and your done…

Remove the credit layer off of the template, and the white background

Layer 11 & 12 flood fill with paper 2

Layer 10 & 8 flood fill with paper 7

Layer 9 flood fill with paper 6

Layer14, 15, and 17 flood fill with paper, Layer 17 apply these drop shadow settings

Vertical 5

Horizontal 4

Opacity 76

Blur 6

Color black

Layers 19, 16, 10 and 20 flood fill with the color 1 below

Layer 18 flood fill the arrow with paper 6

Click on layer 5 flood fill with paper 1, then add the drop shadow from above

Click on top most layer of your tag 

56 c/p pull to the bottom of your tag

57 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the middle of the template

Click on raster 12 c/p  E 12 then pull to the right edge of the layer, rotate 45° to the right

13 c/p mirror size this down by 65% pull to the right edge of your tag

18 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the bottom of the tree 

42 c/p size this down by 40% pull to sit just on the right side of the B in Beach

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using c/p size her down by 25%, then mirror and pull to sit in front of tree 

86 c/p size this down by 28% pull to sit on left side of the tube

24 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on the backside of the tube

54 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on left side of the dog

64 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit by the suitcase

6c/p size this down by 14% pull this in front of the dog

82 c/p size this down by 21% pull sit in the sand on the suitcase

84 c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit on the H in the word Beach

Add a new raster layer for the copyright’s and a  saying for the tag and you’re done…
