Silver and Gold
This tutorial was written in PSP9, but any version should work.
It was written out of my own thoughts and mind, never meant to look like yours.
I am using a PTU Kit

Open a 700x700 size tag, you can re-size it later
E3 c/p leave in the middle of your tag…
E30 c/p re-size by 60% put it in the middle of the flower frame…
E42 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the far right hand edge of frame, add a sharpen more to the element…
Take your tube and paste over frame; I had to re-size mine down by 80% pull to the inner edge of frame…
E79 c/p flip vertical re-size by 60% pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag, add a sharpen more to the element…
E8 c/p rotate it 90° to the left and pull it even with bottom of your tube, re-size by 75%...
E6 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower right hand edge of the tag..
E1 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower left hand edge of tag…
E18 /cp re-size by 20% pull over by candle…
E22 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the left hand side of tree…
E37 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the middle of candle…
E60 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the middle of the tag…
E39 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of gold box…
E89 c/p pull it to the bottom of the tag…
E72 c/p pull a little to the right so it does not cover her face…
Go to bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper7
Apply DD_Mask10 merge the group into one layer, add a sharpen more to the layer, then add this drop shadow
Vertical 5
Horizontal 3
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Color black
Then go back to the very top layer of your tag, make a new one, and add your copyright and Lic# for artists.
