Open a 700x700 size tag, you can re-size later

**PDUD** is the part I will not use just numbers for elements and F for frames…

F6 c/p re-size by 60% leave in the middle of the tag…

120 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the upper left hand edge of frame clean off any of the ribbon that goes over the frame on the edges…

47 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the left hand edge of the frame, then make it look like’s it in the middle of the edge of the frame, add a sharpen more to the element…

104 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the very far right hand edge of the tag…

Take the close up and paste it as a new layer then re-size it by 50% pull to the bottom of the frame…

93 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the bottom of the tube, copy the re-sized version mirror and paste over it then merge them into one layer…

34 c/p re-size by 60% adjust with the following settings

Eye Candy 4000

Chrome

Blue Sky

Bevel Width 30

Bevel Height Scale 50

Smoothness 50

Ripple Thickness 0

Ripple width (pixels) 200.00

Bevel Placement

.Inside Marquee

Then add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color Black

59 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the upper left hand corner just over the bow…

102 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

85 c/p flip vertical re-size by 30% pull to the edge of the blue flowers…

91 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the far left hand edge of tag…

81 c/p re-size it by 45% pull to the middle of the flowers…

109 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right hand side of the brown flower…

100 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the left hand edge of the brown flower…

4 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the left hand edge of tag…

27 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the lower right hand edge of tag…

Go to the very bottom layer of your tag, and flood fill with paper 23

Apply the mask from above, merge into one layer and add a sharpen more to it.

Go Back to very top raster add a new one and add your credits’ to tube maker and kit maker then add what ever saying you wish to use on the tag…
