I up-sized the canvas to 715x715 just to give us a bit more room,,

Remove the background and the copyright layer, use Shift+D then close the original temp…

Diamond Circle 1&2 add a gradient glow white/red from the kit or tube…

Heart 1 flood fill with paper14 pull up on the left hand edge of the other heart…

Heart 2 flood fill with paper11 add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal -3

Opacity 100

Blur 10

Love colorize it a red as dark as you can get it, then add the same drop shadow from above…

Delete hearts and stars layers..

Click on heart 2 paste the close up version of your tube re-size by 60% pull so she is sitting on the circle clean off to make her look like she is coming out of circle, but on top of the heart2 …

E21 c/p re-size by 40% pull to cover up the bottom of your tube…

Click on the L in Love e42 c/p re-size by 40% rotate 15° to the right pull even with the long side of L…

E61 c/p mirror re-size by 40% pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag…

E11 c/p re-size by 25% pull to hang off the V in love…

E96 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the bottom of red flower…

Click on Circle 1 E17 c/p re-size by 55% pull to show up on the out edge of the right side of your tag…

Click on top most layer of your tag

E52 c/p pull to the bottom middle of the tag…

E5 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the upper right hand edge of your tag…

Add a new raster layer and add your copyright for the tag and give the kit maker credit
