Upsize the tag to 700x700 canvas size

Delete the white on the layer back

Delete the doodle layer

Bottom and top oval flood fill with paper 1

Top bar and bottom bar flood fill with paper 7

Left frame and right frame flood fill with paper5 add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 70

Blur 5

Color black

Left mat, and right mat, flood fill with paper3

Center box flood fill with paper 4

E60 c/p re-size by 65% pull in as close to center box as you can…

E18 c/p re-size by 70% pull to stand on right side of element…

E62 c/p pull it to the lower middle of the tag…

E30 c/p pull to the far edge of the bricks…

E29 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E62 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the lower left hand edge of your bricks

Take a sized down version (600pixels in height) c/p re-size by 80% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E43 c/p re-size by 45% pull to stand on the right side of your tube…

E69 c/p mirror re-size by 55% pull to sit on the right hand edge of fountain…

E1 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit on edge of fountain…

E36 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit on left side of tube…

E8 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left of pink box…

E25 c/p mirror re-size by 15% pull to the left of wedding rings…

E27 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

Make a new raster layer for your copyright and credit to kit maker…
