should work, this is written in hopes you have
working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is
written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

E105 c/p re-size by 66%
103 c/p pull behind the frame re-size by 78% …
Click on top layer
E95 c/p flip it vertical pull to the upper left hand
of frame…
E60 c/p re-size by 47% pull to the upper right hand
edge of your tag…
2tube_AngelicaS (5) c/p re-size by 47% pull to the far
left side of your tag…
Take the tube you’re using and paste I re-sized mine
down by 34% pull to sit in the middle of the tag…
E51 c/p mirror re-size by 76% pull to the bottom of
the tube…
E17 c/p re-size by 28% pull to the lower left hand
edge of your tag..
2Tube_AngelicaS (3) c/p re-size by28% pull to sit in
top of the pot of gold…
E3 c/p re-size by 28% pull to the left of pot of gold…
E2 c/p mirror re-size by 23% pull to stand on right of
cup…
E29 c/p re-size by25% pull to sit below the Irish hat
in cluster…
Click on bottom layer of your tag using your Ellipse
Tool draw a circle behind the frame…
Go back to top
most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for your credits and LIC# info
add a saying and you’re done…
