Open a 725x725

Frame c/p re-size by 65%

Take your tube the full size c/p re-size by 47% pull to be even with the bottom of the frame..

Ribbon 5 c/p pull to the bottom of your tube…

Balloon c/p re-size by 40% pull to sit just above the ribbon…

Balloon2 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the left hand edge of the frame…

Cake c/p re-size by 37% pull to the lower right of your tag…

Calendar c/p re-size by 47% pull to the lower left of your tag…

Candle c/p re-size by 12% pull to sit on top of cake…

Cake 3 c/p re-size by 22% pull to sit on right of calendar …

Constitution c/p re-size by 45% pull to sit on the far right of the cake…

Hat3 c/p re-size by 33% pull to sit between the 2 cakes…

Hat c/p re-size by 13% pull to sit on the right of Hat3…

Noise Maker c/p mirror re-size by 47% pull to sit in front of the calendar…

Go to bottom layer of your tag flood with paper3 apply mask from above merge into one layer move that layer so the star show’s better out from behind the frame…

Firework2 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the upper left hand edge of your tag…

Firework c/p re-size by 55% pull this one to the upper right hand edge of your tag..

Go to top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for your credits and copyrights , for the tube..
