This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725

Frame 4 c/p size down by 45%

E103 c/p size down by 61% pull to the right edge of the frame

Take the white tube out of the pack c/p her size her down by 50% pull to lean on the top part of pink tree

E2 c/p size the dog down by 26% pull to sit in front of the tube

E67 c/p size the snow man down by 25% pull to sit on the right edge of dog

E26 c/p size the blue bird down by 25% pull to the far left edge of the tag

E50 c/p size it down by 20% mirror pull to the far right edge of your tag

E28 c/p mirror size the pink bird down by 13% pull to stand on top of house

E51 c/p size it down by 21% add drop shadow from above, then move to the right end of the house

E77 c/p size the deer down by 27% pull to stand in front of house

E53 c/p size down by 21% pull to sit in the middle front of your tag

E24 c/p size the acorn down by 12% pull to sit in the middle of snow balls

Click on bottom raster of your tag Take paper20 and draw a circle behind the frame

Take E 94 c/p pull it behind the circle

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker and tube artist

Add a saying to the tag and you’re done
