This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 7 c/p size it down by 53%

E59 c/p pull to the far left edge of the frame

E46 c/p size the grass down by 75% pull to the bottom of the frame

E19 c/p pull the dream catch up to hang on the left edge of the tree, apply drop shadow from above

E21 c/p size down by 44% pull to hang on the right of other dream catcher, add the drop shadow

E33 c/p size down by 75% pull to the far right edge of your tag

Take the layers of the tube you are using merge into one layer c/p her mirror size her down by 21% pull to sit in front of tent

E16 c/p size the deer down by 55% pull to stand in front of the tree

E37 c/p size the fox down by 55% pull to sit in front of your tube

E49 c/p size this owl down by 55% pull to the upper right of the blue frame

E50 c/p size down by 40% pull so it is standing on the 1^st dream catcher

E28 c/p size down by 31% pull to the bottom of the deer

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Take paper10 size it’s canvas down to 750x750 paste it as the bottom layer , apply the mask from above, merge into one raster layer .

 

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster for your copyrights and credit to kit maker , add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
