This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 tag

Frame 1 size this down by 60%

Haunted house 2 c/p size this down by 49% pull to the lower right edge of your frame

Take the colorized version of this tube we are using size her down by 40% pull to the left edge of the frame

E character spooky tree c/p size down by 44% pull to the left edge of the tube

Skull bow 2 c/p size this down by 10% pull so it looks like she is holding it in her hand

Character 1 c/p size him down by 23% pull to stand on left side of your tube

Character owl c/p size it down by 23% pull to stand on roof o the house 

Jack in the box c/p size this down by 30% pull to the right side of tube

Character ghost 1 c/p size him down by 22% pull to the upper right edge of house 

Boogie man c/p size down by 23% mirror pull to right edge of house

Vampire cat c/p size down by 23% pull to sit in front of door

Ghost trio 3 c/p size this one down by 22% pull to the right of boogie man

Cute pumpkin 2 c/p size this down by 15%; pull to sit on left of jack in the box

Skull jug c/p size this down by 20%, pull to the left of jack in the box

Voodoo doll c/p size it down by 15% pull to sit at the feet of boogie man

Sparkles 1 c/p size this down by 65% pull to the middle of your tag

Click on the bottom raster of your tag flood fill with paper 23 apply mask from above merge into one group layer.

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyright and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
