This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 4 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

E29 c/p size the lights down by 85% pull to the top edge of the tag, add this drop shadow

Vertical 9

Horizontal 3

Opacity 65

Blur 7

Color black

Take the close up of our tube we are using c/p size her down by 25% pull to the bottom of your frame

E13 c/p size this down by 60% pull to the far right edge of the tag

E2 c/p pull to the bottom of the tube

E4 c/p pull to the bottom of the frame, this will cover up the bottom of the tube

E80 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the upper left hand edge of your tag

E1 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the lower right of your tag

E102 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on top of heart bowl

E3 c/p size the key down by 30% pull to lay on left edge of bowl

E15 c/p size this down by 45% mirror pull to sit on left edge of flowers

E86 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on right of angel

E5 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit in front of angel

E26 c/p size this ribbon down by 65% pull to lay in the front of key

E41 c/p size the gold heart down by 25% pull to the end of tan ribbon

E10 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in middle of tan ribbon

E82 c/p size this down by 25% pull to lower left edge of the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag take paper 11 size this down to fit the canvas, then using your rectangle tool draw one behind the frame, make into a raster layer then flip vertical so the waves show at the top of the frame, add the a drop shadow on the frame

Click on top most layer of your tag make a new raster layer for copyrights and credit to kit maker if she requires it.

Add a saying to the tag and you’re done. .
