This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

E114 c/p size this down by 70%

Add this drop shadow

Vertical 10

Horizontal 5

Opacity 65

Blur 5

Color black

 

E43 c/p pull it behind the frame size it down by 70%

E65 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the bottom edge of the tag

Paper 12 c/p pull behind E65 size this down by 50% mirror pull so the moon is showing inside of the frame clean off any that shows outside of the frame

E115 c/p size the tree down by 58% pull to the middle where some of the branches are over the moon

Click top most layer of your tag

E128 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the middle of frame on the right side

E3 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the right edge of your tag, just under the fountain on wall

E44 c/p pull this to the upper right hand edge of your frame

E135 c/p size this rose down by 70% pull to the left edge of the frame

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using, c/p her size her down by 36% pull to the middle left of the tag E9 cp size the dragon down by 70% pull this to lay in front of the tube

E25 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the right edge of dragons tail

E31 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on top of bowl

E5 c/p mirror size this dragon down by 58% rotate 45° to the left pull to upper right edge of the tag

E2 c/p size this rose down by 25% pull to sit under other rose on cup

E57 c/p size this pile of roses down by 25% pull to lay in front of the dragon

E19 c/p rotate 90° to the right size it down by 25% pull to far right of the tag by her feet

E4 c/p size this rose down by 20% pull to the right of hand on the ground

E105 c/p rotate the rose’s by 90° to the left mirror size down by 25% pull to lay in front of rose on left edge of the tag

Make a new raster for the tag; so you can add credits for artist and kit maker, make sure you have a valid license to use Ishika’s work add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
