This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 3 c/p size it down by 80%

E55 c/p size the books down by 35% pull to the bottom left corner of your tag

E30 c/p size the candles down by 31% pull to sit on top of books

E56 c/p size this down by 50% pull to sit on left edge of the books

Take the colorized version of the tube you are using (Green hat, and black outfit) paste it as a new layer, mirror then size down by 25% pull to the right edge of your frame

E44 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit in front of her knees

E26 c/p size this bottle down by 35% pull to right of skeleton

E25 c/p size this bottle down by 25% pull to right of purple bottle

E33 c/p size the globe down by 25% pull to sit in front of books

E2 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the right of globe

E11 c/p size this down by 25% pull to stand in front of globe

E10 c/p mirror size her down by 25% pull to the right of cauldron

E46 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the far right edge of your tube

E45 c/p mirror size this down by 25% pull to stand just below the cauldron

E49 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit between green bottle and vamp cat

 Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 96-1 apply mask from above

 

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker , add a saying to the tag and your done
