This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 155-13 c/p size it down by 80%

E10 c/p size this down by 65% pull to hang in the middle far right of the frame

E44 c/p size this down by 33% pull to cover up the bow on balloons

E84 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the far right edge of frame

Take the tube we are using, merge the colored layers you want to use, c/p size her down by 31% pull to sit on left edge of the frame

E19 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on right of her foot

E3 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit in between her feet

E118 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the right edge of double heart ribbon

E43 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right of box of chocolates

E56 c/p size this down by 17% pull to sit by box with balloons

E20 c/p size this bear down by 15% pull to sit on left edge of other teddy bear

E34 c/p size this bear down by 15% pull to sit by box of chocolates

E95 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on left of rose cupcake

E50 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on right edge of chocolates

E81 c/p mirror size this down by 20% pull to stand on box with balloons

E5 c/p size this cupcake down by 14% pull to sit on right of rose cupcake

E59 c/p size this down by 14% pull to just the right above her head

E58 c/p size this down by 14% pull to the upper left by her head

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Open paper 155-3 then size  it down to fit inside of the canvas; then apply the mask from above, merge into one group layer.

 

Click on the top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and License information needed to use this tube, give credit to kit maker , add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
