E95 c/p size this down by 70%

E46 c/p size this down by 60% pull to the left side of rocks

E93 c/p size this down by 56% pull to sit in middle of rocks

E75 c/p size this down by 56% pull to the right end of the rocks

Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 70% pull so she is floating above the boat

E23 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of the boat on the right side

E90 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the upper left of the tube

E26 c/p size this down by 30% place this on the front of the boat

E49 c/p size this down by 48% pull to the right of tag

E34 c/p size this down by 28% pull to float above the plant on right side of rocks

E100 c/p size this down by 28% pull to sit in front of coral

E29 c/p size this down by 28% pull to sit in front of the boat

E18 c/p mirror  size this down by 25% pull to float on the right edge of the tube

E82 c/p size this down by 25% sit in front of plant by boat

E92 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on top of the hair floating on let side of the tag

E4 c/p size this down by 25% mirror , then pull to float on the right side of the floating hair on the tube

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper11 apply mask from above, merge into a group layer…

Click on top most layer of the tag ad a new raster layer for the credits and copyright for the artist, make sure you have a valid license number to use Rebecca’s Work  add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
