This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

E63 c/p size this down by 65%

E4 c/p size this down by 41% pull to the left edge of the archway

E25 c/p size this down by 41% pull to the middle of the tag

E42 c/p size this down by 31% pull to the right edge of E63

E109 c/p size this down by 75% pull to sit over plant take a 2^nd copy pull it to the left edge of the tag

E108 c/p then pull this to the bottom of the other sand, c/p a 2^nd layer mirror pull to the left edge of the sand

E88 c/p size this down by 70% pull to sit in between the layers of sand with a shell on them on the left edge

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using, paste her, then mirror; size her down by 20% pull to sit in between the sand with the shell on it

E68 c/p size this down by 31% pull to sit in front of her knee

E107 c/p size this down by 31% pull to sit by the tail on the tube

E87 c/p size this down by 41% pull to the far right side of sand

E31 c/p size this down by 28% pull to sit on left edge of the rock

E99 c/p size this down by 41% pull to sit on right edge of the rock

E110 c/p size this down by 31% pull to sit in front of coral plant

E21 c/p size this down by 31% pull to flat above the green plant on left edge of the tag

E49 c/p size this down by 31% pull to float above her tail

E41 c/p then leave it how this falls on the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Open paper 7 size this down to fit inside the canvas paste as a new layer; then apply the mask from above…

Click on top layer of your tag add a new raster for your copyrights and credit to kit maker, and make sure you have a valid ELF License to use this person artwork, add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
