Open a 750x750

131 c/p size this down by 55%

83 c/p pull behind the frame, size this down by 51%

Click on top layer of your tag

62 c/p size this down by 68% pull to the left edge of the frame

2 c/p size this down by 50% pull to stand on the middle right edge of the frame

Take the colorized tube we are using (black w/ white rose) c/p as a new layer, and then size her down by 19% pull to the left edge of frame

17 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit on the fountain on the left edge by tube

22 c/p size this down by 17% pull to sit on right edge of the tag

44 c/p  mirror size this down by 10% pull to sit on ring on outside of fountain

66 c/p size this down by 26% pull to stand on left edge of the tube

113 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit in front of the tube

111 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit on fountain

110 rotate 90° to the left, then size down by 13% pull to lay on ground under white rose

33 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the top middle of the frame

9 c/p size this down by 20% pull to the middle of your tag

Add a new raster layer so you can add the copyrights for tube, and credit to kit maker, add a name or saying to the tag and you’re done…
