This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

17 c/p size this down by 60%

28 c/p size this down by 22% pull behind the rocks but make it look like the birds are on top of the rocks

64 c/p size this down by 36% pull to make it look like it’s on the left edge of the rocks

Click back on top layer of your tag

10 c/p size this down by 46% pull to sit on rocks

36 c/p size this down by 45% pull this to the left edge of E17

20 c/p size this down by 53$ pull to the right edge of the rocks

12 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit by flowers on left edge of rocks

Take the tube we are using paste her as a new layer, then size her down by 17% pull to the bottom of the rocks

59 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit by her bended knee

47 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on top left edge of the tree stump

8 c/p size this down by 22% pull to the far left of the tree stump

48 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit by red flowers

57 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the far right edge of the tube

16 c/p size this down by 13% pull to the upper left edge of the rocks

7 c/p size this down by 17% pull to sit in front of red flowers on left edge of the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 15 apply mask from above, then merge into one layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the credit to artist and License information, add a saying to the tag and you are done…
