This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 5 c/p size this down by 60%

54 c/p size this down by 60% pull to the inside left of the frame on the square part, c/p a 2^nd mirror it, then pull to right inside of the frame

13 c/p size this down by 45% pull to sit in the middle of the curtain on top of the frame

9 c/p size this down by 45% pull to sit on left top of the curtain, take a 2^nd copy mirror pull to sit on right top of that curtain

Take the winged red and black tube c/p size her down by 17% pull to the middle bottom of the tag

16 c/p rotate 45° to the left size down by 40% pull to sit on left edge of the tag

55 c/p size this down by 45% pull to lean on the scroll of paper

29 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on right edge of scroll

12 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the far left edge of the tag

22 c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit on bottom of scroll paper

65 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on top right of the heart

62 c/p size this down by 25% pull to lean against the right of the heart with the key

7 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the bottom of the candle

18 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit at bottom of hearts

15 c/p size this down by 65% pull to the bottom left on the edge of the tube

Click on bottom layer of your tag

40 c/p size this down by 65% pull to the upper left of the tag, take a 2^nd copy and mirror and pull to the upper right this will show outside of your frame

Click under the stars flood fill with paper9 apply mask from above, merge into one layer, then add a sharpen of your choice to the layer.

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, make sure you have a valid Lic# to use this tube
