Open a 725x725

Frame 2 c/p size this down by 65%

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using c/p size it down by 20% pull to the bottom of the frame

Gift c/p size this down by 29% pull to the right side of the book

Bottle c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on the left by inkwell on the tube

Clover swirl, c/p size this down by 30% pull the 1^st one over by gift, then take a 2^nd copy and mirror pull to sit in front of the bottle

Note c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of your tube

Clover string c/p size this down by 35% pull to hang on the top of your frame just over the top of the hat

Elf c/p size this down by 55% pull so the bottom of the string is on the outside edge of the pen

Baby Leprechaun c/p mirror size this down by 25% pull to the far right side of the tag

Beer c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on right edge of note

Cupcake c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit in front of ink well

Bag of Goodies c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit on left edge of beer

Sparkles c/p leave as it falls on tag

Click on bottom layer of the tag

Open paper 7 using your rectangle tool draw a square behind the frame, then convert to a raster layer.

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new layer for the credits and copyrights for the tube, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
