Open a 750x750

Frame 179-2 c/p size this down by 65% leave as it falls

28 c/p pull behind the frame, size this down by 70%

Click on top most layer of your tag

12 c/p size this down by 65% pull the 1^st copy to the right edge of the frame, take a 2^nd one pull to the left edge of your frame

52 c/p size this down by 29% pull to right edge of frame

88 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit in the middle of the tag

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using (rainbow) c/p size her down by 20% pull to the far left edge of the tag

90 c/p size this down by 44% pull to sit in front of the tube, then take a 2^nd copy and pull to the right , then a 3^rd, mirror pull to the end of the tag on the right, then merge those 3 into one layer

35 c/p size this down by 44% pull to sit on left edge of the tube

110 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit by pots of gold

111 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit by flower

48 c/p size this down by 35%pull to the far right edge of the tag

40 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit by yellow flower

101 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the middle of our tube

31 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit by green and white rose

97 c/p size this down by 19% pull to sit by other green dragon

98 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the upper right top of your tag

Click on bottom layer of the tag flood fill with paper179-1 apply mask from above, then size this down by 90%, then click on top most layer of your tag for the credits and a saying…
