Open a 725x725 size tag (size down at the end)

E101 c/p re-size by 66%

E23 c/p re-size by 71% pull to the left hand edge of your frame…

E11 c/p re-size by 16% pull to sit close to the top of the vine leaves and make it look like it is a flower on them…

E35 c/p mirror re-size by 87% pull to the bottom right hand edge of the frame…

E3 rotate 45° to the left re-size by 53% pull to the bottom of vine of leaves…

Take the tube you’re using and paste her re-size the full size by 28% mirror and pull to the right hand edge of your tag…

E62 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit on top of  her hand on the left of the tube…

E52 c/p re-size by 52% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E5 c/p re-size by 53% pull to the far left of your tag…

E17 c/p re-size by 22% pull to sit on right of teapot…

E52 c/p re-size by 22% pull to the left of white rose…

E59 c/p mirror re-size by 33% pull to sit by her boot….

E53 c/p re-size by 36% pull to the left hand edge of your teapot…

E39 c/p re-size by 36% pull to the right hand edge of your tube…

E61 c/p mirror re-size by 36% pull to sit in front of the bear…

E81 c/p re-size by 17% pull to sit by wine bottle..

Go to bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper5 apply mask from above, merge into on layer and add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 44

Blur 5

Color black

 Now go to top most layer of your tag create a new raster layer for your copyrights and credits to kit maker, add a saying and you’re done..

Remove the copyright layer and the white background

Font Dumbledor 1 Italic (FTU)

1 colorize to a green

2 flood fill with paper 6

3 flood fill with paper 16

4 flood fill with paper 4

5  flood fill with paper 18

7&8 flood fill with paper 22

Click on raster 5 paste the merged layers of your tube paste re-size by 45% sit her on the bottom edge of the paper now…

Raster 3 c/p re-size by 85% pull to sit on top of the circle …

Click on top layer

E7 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

E5 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower left hand edge of the tag…

E25 c/p re-size by 45% rotate 45° to the left sit on top of sign …

E24 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left of yellow flowers…

E6 c/p re-size by 35% pull to sit by pot of gold…

E74 c/p mirror re-size by 20% rotate 45° to the right pull to the right of mug of gold…

E22 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left of mug of gold…

E10 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the middle of your tag…

E62 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the far left and edge of your tag, then c/p and put it in front of the doggie…

E13 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left of bear…

104 c/p pull to the middle of your tag re-size by 90%

Add a new layer for your coypright and credit for kit maker 

add a saying and your done..

Shift+D to duplicate the template close the original, using canvas size re-size it to 705x705, remove copyright layer, and the white paper in background

Raster 2&3 flood fill with paper 8

Raster 4 flood fill with paper 10

Raster 5 flood fill with paper 3

Merge 6&7 into one raster layer then flood fill with paper 9 then add this drop shadow to the layer

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 5

Color black

E1 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the upper left hand corner of your tag…

E3 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the bottom of your tag…

Take a re-sized version of your tube paste in the middle of your tag…

E11 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of your tag…

E6 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E7 c/p re-size by 20% pull to sit on top of glass jar with hearts…

Take the words, apply the bottom 2 glass setting in Eye Candy 4000(you should be able to use any version of this filter/plug-in), then add the drop shadow from above…

E18 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E17 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left of glass heart…

E80 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit between the e and a in the words steampunk…

E12 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the middle of your tag…

E93 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the right hand edge of puppy…

E9 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the middle of E80…

E32 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the left of glass heart dish…

Make a new raster layer to add your copyright to, and credit for kit maker…
