Open a 610x610 size tag

Frame6 c/p re-size by 55% leave in the middle of the tag…

Add a high pass sharpen of (for this tag default)

Radius 5

Strength 100

Blend Mode Overlay

Add this drop shadow (default for this tag)

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 5

Color black

Element 54 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

Element c/p re-size by 60% pull to the bottom edge of the frame, it will cover the bottom of element…

Element c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left hand edge of the frame…

Element c/p re-size by 50% pull to the right hand edge of your tag just in the middle of the bush, add a sharpen more to the element…

Element 20 c/p re-size by 65% add a sunburst of these settings

Color white

Light Spot:

Brightness 25

Horizontal 70

Vertical 25

Rays:

Density 40

Brightness 40

Circles:

Brightness 25

Element7 c/p re-size by 25% and pull into the front of the flower’s…

Take your tube and paste as a new layer, re-size by 75% pull to the left hand edge of the frame, the grass and bush will be behind this….

Element57 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the lower left hand of fountain, then copy, and paste on the right hand side mirror, then  merge the two layers into one…

Element19 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the lower left hand side of mushrooms on the inside, copy it and mirror, then merge the two rose’s into one layer…

Element11 c/p re-size by 50% mirror, pull to the right hand side of the tag, where it looks like it is hanging from the post covering the mushrooms on the right hand side of the tag…

Element6 c/p rotate 90° to the right, re-size by 20% add a high pass sharpen like above except make the Blend Mode Hard Light, then merge the spider onto her web…

Element42 c/p re-size by 60% pull up to the web, add a sharpen more 2 times to the item…

Element 1 c/p negative image , mirror, add a sharpen more, and the drop shadow from above, pull the second one, and pull it over the tube…

Click on your tube open element12 paste it behind the tube, rotate it 45° to the right, then negative image, it will make it look like a light is standing out from behind her…

Click on the very bottom layer of your tag, flood fill with paper 3 Apply the mask from above, or one of your choseing merge the group into one layer, up-size this by 110% add a sharpen more, to the layer

Now go back up to the top most layer, and a new raster layer, so you can add your copyright layer, for the tube and kit if that is required…

This was written in Corel X5 all but the font, I can’t stand the way the font is done..

SO I moved to PSP 9 to make my font and saying on the tags…

Right now she is only at Digital Chaos

Open a 600x600 tag

Frame 5 c/p re-size by 60% leave in the middle of your tag

Take your tube and c/p re-size by 55% and pull to the bottom window of the frame

Element 5 c/p re-size by 55%

Element 1 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the bottom of the frame…

Element 57 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the edge of the frame, (well move again after bench)

Element 36 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the bottom of the tree, just under the wolf…

Element 46 c/p mirror image re-size by 35% pull to the bottom right hand side of frame…

Element 15 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the very edge of the bench on the right hand side

Now take Element 57 and pull the flower up to merge behind the lamp post so it looks like it is glowing above the image’s …

Now go back up to the top layer

Element 54 c/p re-size by 40% and pull to the bottom of the bench to make it look like leaves are flying by..

Take Paper six duplate the image, re-size by Pixels to 600x600 and paste it as the bottom layer of your tag,

Add a drop shadow of your choice to the frame,

Add your copyright and what ever saying you wish to use on tag, and your done..

Merge all layers to complete the image/tag…
