Open a 750x750

Frame 19 c/p size this down by 55%

Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 70% , duplicate the frame layer, pull this over the tube, clean off any on top of the wand magic, her hat and the lower elbow so it looks like that is over the frame (Do this how you want to, or are used to doing this)

143 c/p size down by 40% pull to the bottom of the tag

E178 c/p rotate 45° to the right , size it down by 31% pull to lay on the left edge of pentagram

E173 c/p size this flower down by 25% pull to sit on black leaves

E18 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on left edge of flower

E57 c/p size the bottle down by 30% pull to sit on right edge of pentagram

E56 c/p size the cup down by 25% pull to the right edge of bottle

E87 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on the left of glass

E52 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of skull on left edge of tag

E67 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on left nail polish

E66 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the right edge of hourglass

E27 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of red flower

E59 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit beside the bottle w/teeth

E141 c/p size this down by 10% pull so it look’s like it is hanging on the glass

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Take paper 44 size it down to fit inside of the tag size

Apply the mask from above, merge into one layer then size down by 85%

Click on top most layer of your tag and add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done..

F10 c/p size down by 55%

E89 c/p size this down by 75% pull to the upper left edge of the frame, the tube will cover up some of the tower

Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 55% pull to the middle of the frame

E56 c/p size the candle stand down by 75% pull to the far right edge of the tag

E49 c/p size down by 35% pull this so it sits in front of the candle  

E86 c/p size the table down by 45% pull to the left edge of the tag

E28 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit by inside table leg

E23 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on left edge of the table leg

E15 c/p size this bottle down by 26% pull to stand in between the other 2 bottles

E37 c/p size this down by 26% pull to sit on left edge of books

E30 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the right side of books

E47 c/p size the rocks down by 25% pull to sit on right edge of globe

E32 c/p size these books down by 25% pull to the middle of tag, in front of books under table

E48 c/p size the runes down by 15% sit on top of the table so they look like they are gonna fall off

E40 c/p size this book down by 25% pull to sit in front of other books on the ground

E8 c/p mirror size the mouse down by 35% pull to sit in front of globe on table

E147 c/p pull the sparkle up to the right edge of the tag

E146 c/p pull to the left edge of the tag

Click on bottom layer of the tag

E64 c/p size this down by 75% pull so it fills the inside of the frame

Click on top most layer for the tag add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit make, add a saying to the tag and you're done..

Take the red version of the tube paste her size her down by 35% pull to the middle of the frame

E49 c/p size the boxes down by 25% pull to the left edge of the tag

E56 c/p size it down by 35% pull to the lower right edge of the tag

E55 c/p size it down by 45% pull to sit in front of big black candle

E31 c/p size down by 25% pull to sit on the left of candles

E32 c/p size down by 25% pull to the right of candles

E18 c/p size it down by 21% pull to sit on left of cupcake

E19 c/p rotate 90° to the left size it down by 21% pull to sit on left of blush

E21 c/p size down by 21% pull to sit on right of cupcake

E20 c/p size down by 21% pull to sit on right of nail polish

E13 c/p mirror size down by 21% pull to lean against the cup

E35 c/p size down by 21% pull to sit on right of lipstick

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper10 apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer, then size it down by 90%

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for your credits and License information…
