This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 2 c/p size this down by 50%

Take the layer titled Fairy c/p size her down by 55% pull to upper right of the frame

E5 c/p mirror size this down by 75% this till cover up the tree that the tube is sitting on

Take raster 3 of the tube (bluish-purple dragon) c/p mirror size it down by 40% pull to sit on top most branch on the dead tree

E3 c/p mirror size this down by 50% pull to the far right edge of the frame

E9 c/p size this down by 40% pull to sit in front of the cross

E1 c/p size this down by 24% pull to sit on right edge of the cross

22 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on left edge of the log

E8 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the far left edge of the frame

E23 c/p size this down by 45% pull to hang on the left top edge of the frame

E24 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of tombstone and purple crystal

E14 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right top of the cross

E12 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit in front of the log

E18 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on left of purple bottle

E17 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of the purple crystal

E21 c/p this 2 times then merge it into one raster layer

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Size your canvas size down to 700x700

Open paper 7 flood fill the bottom layer then apply the mask from above, merge into one raster layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer , for the credits and copyright information, add a name to the tag and you’re done..

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 60

Blur 10

Open a 725x725 size tag

Frame 2 c/p size it down by 55%

E5 c/p size down by 56% pull to the top of the frame add the drop shadow from above

E6 c/p rotate 90° to the left pull to hand on the black cloth

Take the tube and the fog layer and tombstones front merge paste it on to the tag size her down by 60% pull to the bottom of the frame

E7 c/p size it down by 60%, then pull it  to far left edge of frame, add the drop shadow above

E16 c/p rotate 45° to the right size it down by 35% pull to sit on bottom of weapon

E1 c/p size down by 80% pull to fly over bats on the tube

E23 c/p size these bats down by 75% pull to the bottom of tube just above the gravestones

E24 c/p size down by 48% pull to sit in front of black rose

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Open paper3 using your Rectangle tool draw a rectangle behind the frame, convert it to a raster layer

Click under the paper

Take E8 c/p size down by 75% pull to the far edge of your frame, take a 2^nd copy mirror and pull to the right edge of your tag add the drop shadow from above, but take the blur to 4

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker

I am using a FTU mask (738)

Open a 750x750

Take Background out of element folder flood fill your bottom layer

Take the tube paste it under the mask layer merge this into one group layer

Sparkle burst c/p pull to the bottom of the tag, add a sharpen to the sparkle

Arch c/p pull it so the tube is in the middle of this

Add this drop shadow to the archway

Vertical 15

Horizontal 0

Opacity 66

Blur 15

Color black

Castle c/p size it down by 65% pull to the left edge of your tag

Gravestone 1 c/p mirror size it down by 37% pull to the right hand edge of your tag

Grass c/p size this down by 51% pull to the bottom edge of your tag

Dragon fly c/p size it down by 35% pull to fly over castle add the drop shadow from above

Heart Flowers c/p size down by 59% pull to the right edge of the grass

Box c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit under the heart flower

Skeleton Unicorn c/p size it down by 35% pull to stand on left of box

Vines c/p size these down by 35% pull to middle of the grass add drop shadow

Skull 1 c/p size down by 15% pull to sit in front of vines

This is where I size the whole tag down to 715x715 so none of it gets pixilated after we put the copyrights and such on the tag

Make a new raster layer for the tag , add your copyrights and credit to the kit maker, add a saying to the tag and your done.. .
