Open a 600x600 size tag

Frame4 c/p re-size by 80% and pull to the middle of tag

Sharpen it to make it brighter…

Now open bow3 c/p re-size by 55% rotate 45° to the right hand side copy the streamer from above and paste it over the bow…

Foliage c/p re-size by 75% pull to the bottom of the frame, copy this layer and mirror it to the other side , make the overlap each other

Streamer1 c/p flip the star to the top of frame and pull it over the black bow on frame4

Champagne c/p re-size by 55% pull to the lower right hand side of frame

Martini c/p re-size by 55% pull to the left hand side of bottle

Callalilies c/p rotate to the left by 50° sharpen the flower, then rotate another 45° and pull behind the bottle and re-sharpen again, re-size by 70%

Now open your tube c/p as the top layer, re-size by 70% and pull it to the left hand side of frame, right at the right hand side of star

Flood fill the bottom layer of your tag with paper3 and apply the mask mentioned above...

Add your copyright to the tag, and what ever sayings’ you want on it.. And you’re done
